Unlike most control contractors today EMS has an electrical installation division, which is used for installation, service or retrofit on all ATC/DDC equipment. This work requires specialized training and experience that is difficult to achieve through subcontracting. Our local offices are in Crofton, Maryland. Our support service is composed of over 160 full time employees dedicated to installation and service with separate service personnel on call 24 hours per day. Field personnel are factory trained on most major manufacturer's equipment and as technology continually changes we are staying abreast of the current state of the art technology to best service you. After working with different DDC Control Systems we selected what many consider to be the industry leader, AUTOMATED LOGIC. Working exclusively with this product for the past 16 + years we have become one of the largest ALC Dealers worldwide. In 1998, 1990, 1991, and 2004 we were presented with the Dealer of the Year Award from Automated Logic.

The Automated Logic WebCTRL system is the current ALC building automation system offering. ALC WebCTRL communicates using Native BACnet protocol @ 156Kbaud over ARCNET for the CM Net and up to 10Mps Baud over Ethernet. Our system uses dual 32 bit processors in each stand alone controller (we do NOT use master slave architecture). Important to note is that the WebCTRL product is backward compatible with every generation of controllers that Automated Logic has produced.
